My Favorite Recipe using #DaisySqueezeSourCream is a recipe that my Grandma gave me for Cheesy Potatoes. These potatoes are always a hit for family gatherings. There are never leftovers when we make them and we generally need to make two pans of them because our family is so big. On to the recipe…
- (1) 2 lb. bag thawed hashbrown potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter or less
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Spray pan with Pam for easier clean up. Mix all ingredients together and put in 9′ x 13′ pan. Top with 1 cup corn flakes crushed and 1/2 stick butter or less.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
